[Important] Caution regarding impersonation of our Instagram account

Currently, there are "fake accounts" impersonating the official nanaco plus+ Instagram account.

The fake accounts have very similar usernames and use our company logo, but they are in no way affiliated with us.

The only official nanaco plus+ Instagram account is (＠nanacoplus).

[Example of a fake account]
・＠nana.co.plus *There is a "." in the middle.
・＠nanacoplus_win *It has "_win" at the end.

If you receive a suspicious DM, do not open it to prevent damage.
Please delete the DM itself and block the fake account.

Please be aware that you may receive fake direct mail claiming to have won the "Instagram Giveaway Campaign Candy Name Tag" currently underway.

In the future, there is a possibility that accounts that closely resemble ours may appear, in addition to the fake account names listed here.
