1. We will ship via "EMS" .
2. Shipping costs vary depending on the order contents and weight. Regardless of the order amount, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Please note that there may be a discrepancy between the shipping cost stated in the order confirmation email and the shipping cost stated on the EMS waybill. The amount confirmed in the email is the correct shipping cost. Please understand that we cannot refund the difference.
■Asia Area 1: China, Korea, Taiwan Up to 500g ¥1,850
■Asia Area 2: (excluding China, Korea, and Taiwan) Up to 500g: 2,300 yen
■Oceania: Europe, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, up to 500g ¥3,450
■USA (including Guam): Up to 500g ¥4,300
■ Central and South America/Africa: Up to 500g: ￥4,000
★Shipping charges will change depending on the weight, in increments of 100g.
3. Customs duties
This charge will be borne by the customer.
4. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.
5. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience after the product has arrived.
6. Regarding candy, we cannot ship it overseas because there is a high possibility of it being damaged. Please check each product page.
