■As is common to most plastic (polyester/acrylic) materials, resin and plastic are materials that transmit heat and light and are prone to oxidation, so the "real candy" enclosed inside may deteriorate.
Please avoid using, storing or leaving the product near fire, in hot sunlight or in high temperature locations, as this may accelerate deterioration over time.
■If the resin cracks due to usage or some kind of impact, candy may occasionally come out of the crack after a certain number of days. You can completely seal the crack yourself with glue, but we do not provide repair services. Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges.
*We will handle any initial defects within one month of purchase, but we will need your receipt showing your purchase history, your online shop delivery note, and your order number.
Just as candy cannot retain its color or shape forever, resin encapsulation can help preserve its shape, but because it is made of plastic, it will deteriorate over time, fade, discolor, and yellow.
